The air conditioning was effective in keeping cool.

I was disappointed to find the room uncomfortably hot, and the ventilation system struggled to work properly. The staff seemed overwhelmed during breakfast service, leading to a chaotic experience with limited supplies. The lack of accessibility to the toilets due to a code requirement was quite frustrating.

Location: the hotel was close to the old town center, and supermarkets. The staff members were all amiable and amicable. The breakfast was outstanding with food or coffee, fresh fruit and fresh bread, the location was marvellous.

Super easy check-in with the machine outside, room was realy clean and comfy. We loved that there was plenty of parking out front, and the hotel is close to everything in town. The air conditioning worked great, a big plus. Loved having the space to put our bags without it feeling crowded, and the kids went to bed straight away.

Staff only spoke french, hard to ask questions. The wifi didn't work at all .

Particularly good and excellent location right next to the train station. And very close to the local restaurant, shops & restaurants and centre.

The staff were super friendly, and the place was pretty clean. But the room was a bit too snug for us. Chur for the decent shower, though!

We were super impressed with how easy it was to check in late at night using the machine out front. The room was super clean, and we really enjoyed the breakfast spread. Plus, it was great to see staff make an effort to help us retrieve a laptop we left behind. On the flip side, the parking spots filled up quickly.

I had a great stay, especially enjoying the comfy bed and the delicious breakfast spread with fresh bread and croissants. The only downside was the lack of wifi . Would definitely come back!

The automated check-in was convenient for a late arrival, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The kids settled in quickly, made our evening much easier. Plus, the nearby parking was secure. We appreciated the friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us .
